	www.TyneTeesModels.com - Terms & Conditions It is essential that all clients read these terms & conditions for booking models and promotions personnel. All bookings are subject to these terms & conditions although Tyne Tees Models (the Agent) reserves the right to negotiate within the structure of these terms & conditions. The Working Day A day's work is eight hours (excluding Equity contracts) including a one hour lunch break (Shops Act 1950). Normal rates apply to bookings between 0900 and 1800 hours. Overtime 1. Over time shall be charged at an additional rate per hour for all hours worked between the hours of 1800 and 2400 hours. 2. Overtime between 2400 and 0900 shall be negotiated prior to commencement. Travel Travel expenses will be charged outside of the Newcastle area - rates to be negotiated with the agency. Buyout Usage Please contact the agency for rates regarding usage. It is the client's responsibility to negotiate at the time of the booking an additional rate payable for each of the above categories. Model Restrictions Special fee shall be negotiated when work with a product preludes work for competing products. Video Tyne Tees Models shall negotiate Rates when the booking is made. T.V. Bookings Subject to Equity regulation Provisional Bookings Provisional bookings will be automatically cancelled if they are not confirmed within 24 hours of the proposed booking, or if a definite booking is offered and the provisional cannot be confirmed. The agency will of course always give the client first option to confirm the booking before taking any other booking. Cancellations If a booking is cancelled within one working day of the start time, half the fee should be payable unless the same model is rebooked within 24 hours. Cancellations will not be taken outside of office hours in the form of recorded telephone messages or fax messages. This includes weekends and bank holidays. Weather Permitting Bookings First cancellation, no fee (unless the model arrives at a booking at the clients failure to cancel in time). Second cancellation at half the fee. Insurance Neither models nor this agency hold insurance cover for models at assignments and clients should make arrangements with their own insurers.
	Payment In all cases the client responsible for commissioning the work shall be invoiced and solely responsible for payment. All fees to be paid within 30 days of the invoice. Tyne Tees Models reserves the right to invoice the ultimate client. All fees are for the right to use pictures and once agreed, are payable whether or not the use is appropriated. Complaints Any complaints should be reported to the agency during the course of the booking. Please Note Whilst making every endeavour to provide a satisfactory and efficient service, Tyne Tees Models cannot be held responsible for models conduct on an assignment.
